Dan was a Centurion Producer for a Myrtle Beach, SC area Century 21 real estate firm several years running and in 2006 was named one of the top 75 real estate agents throughout North Carolina & South Carolina. Dan is a Myrtle Beach, South Carolina area native, having grown up in Surfside Beach. Dan and his wife of 5 years, Katy, live in the Carolina Forest area and have two beautiful daughters, Kylie (2 ½ yrs. old) and Savannah (6 months old). Dan takes take pride in the Myrtle Beach community, which is why much of Dan’s time is donated to such organizations as his local church, the Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce, Toys for Tots, and the MDA.
