Alice joined the Hart Realty & Property Management, LLC team after working for a national home builder from upstate Pennsylvania for many years. Alice was a member of the design department for the builder, and worked closely with individuals, helping them to design their home the way they wished, through add-ons and options made available. Seeking to work more closely with the public throughout the real estate sales process and a desire for warmer weather brought Alice to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina - where she became a licensed real estate agent and was ultimately chosen by Hart Realty & Property Management, LLC as a real estate agent specializing in new home construction and residential real estate sales throughout the greater Myrtle Beach area.
