Christopher V. Hart serves as owner and Broker-in-Charge of Hart Realty & Property Management, LLC. Christopher strives for nothing less than sheer excellence, and demands the same of his exceptional real estate sales team. After proudly serving our country for several years as an Army officer in the Middle East, Christopher was able to fine tune his skills as a leader, while sharpening his mind as a problem solver, and later becoming one of the Grand Strand’s finest real estate entrepreneurs. Christopher built his real estate & property management company from the ground up, relying on his skills of negotiation, customer service and determination to get his company off the ground.
Christopher keeps a strong grasp on what is happening in today’s real estate market through his extensive web of business networking throughout the United States, as well as, making use of all of the technological advancements made available to us today.
Originally from a Northern New Jersey suburb outside of New York City, Christopher decided to leave the “Big City” environment at the young age of 20 years old. Christopher left college in pursuit of a life in the military as an infantryman in the United States Army. Stationed at Fort Bragg, NC, home of the 82nd Airborne Paratroopers, Christopher’s training and adventure graced him with the ability to see places and meet people that instituted the ideals and values for which he lives by today.
Throughout Christopher’s time serving in the United States Army, he went from Private Enlisted ranks to the Commission rank of Captain. During his time as an Officer, he attended and graduated the coveted U.S. Army Ranger School, U.S. Army Jumpmaster School and earned numerous medals and awards including the Expert Infantryman's Badge. Through political worldwide differences, Christopher found himself deployed to the Middle East for Combat Operations in Support of the initial assault on Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom.
Of all the heartache and sacrifice Christopher experienced during his service in Iraq, he was most pleased to assist in changing the lives of those who were oppressed under the "Iron Fist" rule of Saddam Hussein. His first service in Iraq prompted him to earn the Combat Infantryman's Badge and Bronze Star Medal for Combat and Support and Stability Operations in Iraq.
As God graced him with the ability to change the lives of those in Iraq, he was also graced with the people of Iraq simultaneously changing his life as well. Upon Christopher’s return to the United States, he finished his active duty commitment and decided to pursue a career in real estate. Real estate was and continues to be an industry where Christopher felt he was able to take the values and life lessons that I learned from eight years of military service and apply them towards assisting and protecting fellow Americans in their pursuit of the American Dream...Home Buying!
Christopher specializes in residential, commercial and investment real estate throughout the Myrtle Beach, Carolina Forest, Conway and the greater Grand Strand areas of South Carolina. He is a licensed real estate broker in the state of South Carolina.
Christopher is married to Rebecca Hart and has a beautiful baby girl. Christopher serves as the President of the Carolina Forest Business Leaders and is a member of the Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce and Conway Area Chamber of Commerce.
