Rebecca Hart recently joined the Hart Realty & Property Management, LLC team as a licensed REALTOR® in the state of South Carolina, specializing in investment real estate. Rebecca has over 3 years of experience in the real estate industry and brings an expansive knowledge of marketing and sales to the Hart Realty & Property Management, LLC team. During her time working for Centex Homes’ New Site Marketing Department, Rebecca helped to market large-scale developments throughout the Myrtle Beach, Carolina Forest and Conway, South Carolina areas. Rebecca left Centex Homes in order to become part owner of Hart Realty and Property Management, LLC with her husband, Christopher Hart. During this time, Rebecca also helped to form 3 Marketing Group, LLC, a real estate marketing agency which has since grown into a self sufficient corporation that handles marketing for some of the biggest real estate accounts in the Grand Strand area.
Rebecca continues to head all marketing efforts for Hart Realty & Property Management, LLC and has been behind the scenes on nearly every real estate transaction that has come through the doors of Hart Realty & Property Management, LLC. Being an avid investor herself, Rebecca has a strong knowledge of what it takes to create something from nothing, and help to raise the value of residential and investment properties to a level that entices even the most discerning buyers. Rebecca specializes in investment real estate throughout the Conway and Carolina Forest, SC areas. Rebecca has extensive knowledge in the Spring Lake and Plantation Lakes sub-developments, located in Carolina Forest.
Rebecca graduated from NyackCollege, located just a few short miles outside the Big Apple (New York, New York). While at NyackCollege, Rebecca was elected as a member of the nationally-recognized international business honor society, Sigma Beta Delta; received multiple Scholar-Athlete awards and graduated as a one of the university’s “Top Ten Business Major” students, the year of her graduation.
Rebecca is married to Christopher Hart, co-owner and Broker-in-Charge of Hart Realty & Property Management, LLC and together have a beautiful daughter, Eliana. In Rebecca’s spare time, she enjoys scrapbooking, making family DVD’s and volunteers & sings for her church’s choir.
